APPROVAL of façade renovation and installation of new storefront and awning with the following condition:

2-A-13-HZ Approved as Modified

Installation of a front porch balustrade is denied without prejudice. This may be reviewed by HZC at a future date pending requirements of the homeowner's property insurance company. All other work approved.

2-B-13-HZ Approved as Modified

Brick sample to be provided to staff for approval. Raise arch as much as space allows.
