The Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission meets on the second Thursday of each month. Information available includes active cases, agenda updates, public comments, active appeals, and actions taken at last month's meeting.

Meetings are held in the Small Assembly Room of the City County Building located at 400 W. Main Street.

Tennessee Technology Corridor Development Authority (TTCDA)

The overlay is designed to encourage technology and related land uses while preserving the area's forested ridges, rolling hills, and broad valleys. The zoning is fairly flexible and allows most types of office and light industry, with limits on retail development.
