Level I. Routine repair/replacement of non-historic windows

Install two sets of twin double-hung wooden window sashes into existing openings of front attic dormer where none exist, to match those documented in historic photograph. Install wood-framed windows into existing opening on non-original dormer addition on rear where only late metal-framed windows exist. Install wood-framed window in attic gable into existing 3x3 square opening on east side where late metal-framed window exists. Install wood double-hung window into existing recessed opening in mud-room on east side where none exists. Remove late wood paneling from original garage door opening. Remove non-original garage door. Opening is not visible from public right-of-way.
