Construction of 19'-6" x 16'-6" frame carport with stone at base of supports. Side setback is approved at 3'-5" from property line on southwest side. Open front gable roof with 8/12 pitch. Interlocking-panel steel roof. Connected by frame breezeway to house - also with steel panel roof. All to be constructed as shown on submitted plans dated 8/3/16.
