GC is a logical extension of the plan designation from the north. The O designation will provide a transition between the commercial uses to the north and the residential use to the south. Commercial and office uses of the properties are compatible with the scale and intensity of other uses along this section of Tazewell Pike. The North City Sector Plan proposes commercial use for parcel 5 and office use for parcels 6 and 7.
