Garage door will be 9' x 16' paneled without pictured windows. The proposed garage will have an 8/12 roof pitch to match the house. (The pitch in the submitted photo appears to be greater than 8/12.) The new garage will be accessed by extending the existing driveway from Tazewell Pike into a street-facing garage door. A spec sheet of materials is attached . Proposed setbacks meet building code.
