Staff Recommendation
ADOPT RESOLUTION #12-A-16-SP, amending the Northwest County Sector Plan to LDR (Low Density Residential) and recommend that Knox County Commission also adopt the sector plan amendment. (See attached resolution, Exhibit A.)
