1) The garage exhibits the same brick, mortar joints, and rowlock window sills as the 1925 house.
2) The garage roof exhibits exposed rafters, which were common during the 1920s-1930s.
3) The garage appears to be the period of the house, which would make it a contributing structure as long as its architectural integrity is in tact.
4) The original brick walls are present on 3 sides of the garage, along with the roof structure and an original window on the south side facing the house.
5) The entry side, or west side of the garage has been altered with artificial siding, which appears to be masonite.
6) A tree has fallen on the southeast corner of the garage and has damage the roof covering and structure. (see photos)
