Level I work:
- Install Velux sun tunnel on upper left section of rear roof slope

Level II work:
- Install two fixed skylights and one egress skylight on rear roof slope

- Replace existing paired double-hung windows in front dormer with two wood casement windows with to meet egress requirements. The 4" wood center trim between the two windows will remain and be restored. A center rail across the glass of both casement windows will mimic the look of the meeting rail of the existing double-hung windows.

- Replace west elevation gable vent with clear casement or fixed window of same size

- Move existing rear door 18" to the right, with wood trim installed to match existing

10-E-19-HZ Approved as Modified

Replacement of all second-story windows at 2 Market Square, including single-pane wood windows fronting Market Square, single-pane windows fronting Union Avenue, and single-pane windows above awning windows fronting Union Avenue. Replacement windows are Fibrex composite material, with rectangular frames on the Market Square elevation and first section of windows fronting Union Avenue. Round-arched windows to be installed in all second-story windows fronting Union Avenue to match the size and shape of original window openings. Awning windows are also proposed to be replaced with Fibrex windows.
