First option proposed by applicant, fiber cement board siding, denied for exterior siding replacement by HZC. Second option proposed by applicant, wood clapboard siding, approved to be used as repair whenever possible and replacement as necssary. Any wood trim that is replaced must match the original in size, scale, and shape. If any wood shutters (not original to the house) are removed in the course of work, they are not to be replaced.
