Construct 10x10 treated wood deck on back elevation with wood steps located parallel to the deck. 2x2 square balusters to die into top and bottom rails of deck balustrade. Handrails grips to be of a dimension to meet building code requirements.
Screen-in rear porch utilizing wood framing with lowest possible profile. Add simple-square framed wooden screen door with no embellishment to the west-end facing Armstrong Avenue. Upper corners of framing to be angled as are existing porch posts, rather than curved. Existing support posts to be retained or matched in size, style, material, and location.
Construct gable-front wood frame and post carport with wood siding and asphalt shingled roof at the rear north-end of property along alley. Gable ends using 4.5 inch wide wood siding. Roof pitch 8:12 or greater. Dimensions: 15ft Wide by 20 ft. deep by 9 ft tall (from ground to ceiling)
