Construct carport with low hipped roof (asphalt shingles) with pitch to match that of the front porch. Fascia an cornice to also match that on front porch. Additionally, construct a small shed-roofed structure in rear with wood or steel posts with acid-washed finish and corrugated metal roof. Both structures to be constructed as per approved submitted drawings.
