MODIFICATIONS to WORK DESCRIPTION: All newly added materials/features (as of the date of this approval) are to be wood (including siding, windows, and doors), except for the stairwell which is to have concrete treads only (no risers) on the portion yet to be constructed to the 3rd level. The stairs will have metal railing (all to be indicated by revised drawings to be submitted); the current brick facade must be REMOVED from the stairwell; the existing HVAC screen is to have a shrub screen around it; the railing and walkway that is proposed to wrap around the south side on the 3rd level of the house is NOT approved; the solar panels are NOT approved, all newly-added doors must be of wood with no muntins or designs in the half-lilte or full glass; stucco is to be used on the foundation of the stairwell to match existing stucco on main house. Removal of a window on the south side and its replacement with a door is NOTapproved.
