Rebuild chimney stack on the west sides of house to match original chimney stack existing prior to demolition on 12-3-12. Flashing technique must assure waterproofing of chimney stack structure. Southeast chimney to have brick corbelling at top. Reconstructed with masonry construction or as per submitted drawing using a framed substrate.
APPROVE front porch balustrade w/conditions:1) balusters to be installed to fit between top/bottom rail, 2) top/bottom rail to be parallel to porch floor, 3) step rails to have balusters to match balustrade, & 4) step rail to die into a wooden newel post w/cap. Balustrade and step rails and balustrade to be painted.
