Repair and stabilize structure using in-kind materials. Replace /repair exterior wood siding as needed. Most of work will be interior structural work that cannot be seen on the exterior. Repair existing windows and re-install. If new windows or door is to be installed, a new application must be submitted for review by the Historic Zoning Commission.

Add wooden turned posts, square or turned balustrade, post brackets, and newel posts at steps. Example of simple bracket style must be provided to staff before installation.
