5-A-19-IH Approved With Conditions

1) Min. 6/12 roof pitch
2) Add window on the right elevation
3) The design of the front door and windows must be appropriate for the craftsman style of the house (The designer of your house plans also did plans for another craftsman style house at 601 Hiawassee. The windows and door could have a more simple design without the mullions. See attached PDF.)
4) Add the dimensions of the porch columns
5) Add sidewalk either directly to the street or to the driveway
6) The parking area must be behind the front facade (min. 20'). The driveway is limited to one lane between the street and the front of the house.
7) Add 1 tree to the front yard

1) Revise the site plan to provide a tree in the front yard and show the location of parking if the existing garage is to be removed.
2) Provide the height of the foundation on the plan.
