APPROVE. Proposed work does not altered "grandfathered elements" found on house. It makes second and third apartment entrances more accessible. Applicant plans to remove artificial siding on visible elevations.

Remove artificial siding on front and side elevations visible from street, replacing with 4" lap wood siding; change existing windows on south elevation and southern part of west elevation (6 windows total) to larger, double hung, wood windows); repair existing screened porch on front elevation; alter existing roofline on south elevation; construct new porch on south elevation linking existing smaller porches at each door; construct new handicapped accesss ramp to front sidewalk; roof; repair existing wood double hung windows as necessary; install new front door and side doors, half view doors with bottom panels; install wood imbricatedshingles on front gable with new wood louvered attic vent.
