One and one-half story frame house with weatherboard covering. (May have been converted from carriage house or garage.) Side gable roof with asphalt shingle roof covering. Four light casement windows. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. One story rear porch with lattice enclosure.


The Old North Knoxville Design Guidelines recommend that exterior additions be located at the rear of a building and be in scale and proportion to the building, be easily removable, not be visible from adjacent streets and not cause a loss of historic character. (pg. 28, L1-6). The proposed rear porch enclosure meets these guidelines.
