Level I: repair siding, fascia and trim in kind as necessary, repair roof, repair windows, add gutters; Level II: Modify lattice-enclosed rear porch, not visible from adjacent streets, to be permanently enclosed rear porch using wood siding and windows to match existing features on house.

Four light casement windows. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. One story rear porch with lattice enclosure.
The Old North Knoxville Design Guidelines recommend that exterior additions be located at the rear of a building and be in scale and proportion to the building, be easily removable, not be visible from adjacent streets and not cause a loss of historic character. (pg. 28, L1-6). The proposed rear porch enclosure meets these guidelines.
