One story gable end roof. Extremely deteriorated at time of designation and recently substantially destroyed by tree falling on structure.

Building was not included as historic in original nomination, due to age and deterioration. Further deterioration caused by accident rendered building unsafe and a detriment to the neighborhood. Commission is being asked to ratify Certificate No. 82799EDG.
