One story wrap around front and side porch with square brick posts on brick balustrade. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Divided light transom and sidelights at front entry.

Applicant intends to paint house; certificate is intended to allow workmen to duplicate original materials and replace them if it becomes necessary during the prep work for painting. Commission is asked to ratify the certificate, which was issued on August 31, 1999.
