One story frame with aluminum siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables and asphalt shingle roof covering, gablet on front elevation with attic vent (vent covering removed). One over one double hung windows. One story two thirds from porch with square wood posts with fluting, sawn wood brackets, recent lattice balustrade. Interior offset brick chimney. Stuccoed foundation. Irregular plan. Transom at main front entry.


This structure has suffered a number of inconsistent changes which the current owners are trying to correct. The building has also been condemned, and these particular changes answer code problems that must be addressed to remove the building from the condemnation list.
