Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering. Two over two double hung wood windows. One story one-half front porch with round wood columns with Ionic capitals, sawn wood open railing. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.

Applicant intends to construct the storage building where an outbuilding originally stood, with materials and roof shape consistent with the style of the original house.
