APPROVE Certificate No. 803064&GB. Proposed rear deck addition, although visible from Eleanor, will provide accessible approach to existing rear door, and utilizes appropriate materials and railing design (pg. 18, #2, #7 and #8).

One story one-half front porch with hipped roof, splayed porch posts on brick piers and sawn wood railing. Two interior offset brick chimneys, one with chimney pot. Brick foundation. Enclosed rear porch. Rectangular plan.
