Six over six double hung replacement windows. Removed front porch. Removed chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Building certified for demolition by Knoxville Historic Zoning Commission at 1/17/2002 meeting.
The proposed infill building is consistent in size and an improvement over the design of the building that was certified for demolition. The proposed 6" exposure for the wood lap siding was present on the previous building, but that exposure is inconsistent with the exposure that would have been present initially, and was probably a later addiiton.
