McBee Trading Company Building. Two story brick building with elaborate corbelling, limestone sills, lintels and cornice and altered storefront with original prism glass transom.

Proposed sign should be no more than 4-6 square feet in area and appears to be larger, although the height specification is unclear. Sign is approval if it meets the square footage requirements and Commission is asked to APPROVE Certficiate No. 80703MKT with size modifications.
