Two story frame with aluminum siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables and metal v-crimped roof covering and imbricated wood shingles in gable that alternate rows of diamonds with row of rectangles. One over one double hung windows, with Palladian window in gable. One story full front porch with hip roof, boxed chamfered columns and pilasters, turned balusters, board and batten ceiling and tongue and groove porch floor. Two interior offset corbelled brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Original wood door at front entry. Protruding bays at gable ends.


Applicant mistakenly began construction of this building without approvals; however, the design of the building and the proposed materials are consistent with the adopted design guidelines.
