1. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Zoning Ordinance
2. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Health Dept.
3. Provide roofs over the outside kennel runs.
4. Installing a six foot high wood privacy fence around the entire kennel area.
