Art Deco (c.1925)The Hub. Three story brick with applied limestone keys, sill and cornice, altered storefront. Prism glass transom. Paired four over one windows and paired transom windows. Half story at rear comprising fourth story of building.
The proposed storefront appears below the existing original prism glass transom, the only original element remaining on the current storefront. It uses an original door as the entry to the retail space, and locates the upstairs entry to the side. A paneled storefront, large shop windows, a tiled entry and a transom above the entry to upper stories are all consistent with the likely original appearance of the building.
