Level II: Install porch rail, turned wood spindles set into top and bottom rail. Porch railing to be 28" high and spindles to be full dimension 2" or greater.

Replacement one over one double hung windows. Front two-thirds front porch with turned wood columns, Doric capitals. Two brick chimneys, one exterior side and one interior off center. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.
With contemplated work applicant is trying to make exterior appearance of house conpatible with neighboring houses.
