Level I. Routine repair of siding, fascia, soffit, windows, roof, or other features using materials, design, and dimensions that match original or early features

Replace rotted siding in-kind, as needed
Repoint brick foundation according to Preservation Technical Brief #9
Repair original front door
Install wooden 1/1 double-hung windows by Ply-Gem in place of aluminum windows. Windows to be installed in originally-sized openings (revised 2/28/2019).
