Two story, three bay frame building with artificial siding, asphalt shingle gable roof, brick foundation., six over six double hung windows, recessed transom and sidelights at front entrance, plain wooden porch posts, arcaded connecting walkway to garage. Altered. Irregular plan.


Synthetic siding substitutes are allowed in the Village of Concord adopted design guidelines, although the owner intends to restore the wood siding if it is not cost prohibitive. The new addition, located at the rear, complements the original structure.
