Constructing new home
The parcel is a vacant lot created out of a larger parcel that fronts Tazewell Pike. This building faces Shannondale to the rear of the currently defined parcel facing Tazewell Pike. Elevation changes btween Tazewell Pike and this parcel make it difficult to see the new structure from Tazewell Pike.
Applicant may wish to consider relocating proposed Magnolia tree, which will block visibility of front façade of new building.
