One over one double hung windows on first floor elevation; replacement windows on second story. One story offset wrap around front and side porch with round wood columns with Doric capitals and sawn wood balustrade. Exterior end brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Lattice patterned sidelights at front entry.

Commission is asked to ratify Certificate No. 7102ONK.
