Commission should also consider and comment on the proposed elevations that are included in the packet. These designs have not been assigned to specific lots, but will be reused in the new development; garage doors will be modified on the elevations, if necessary, so that garages include only side entries. Commission should also be aware that the existing house on the property will be separated from the remainder of the parcel.
