Two story brick five bay building with end gable roof. Multi-paned double hung windows. Entry portico with entablature, transom and sidelights at front enry.
The design guidelines adopted with the Tazewell Pike NC-1 provide that new construction must use brick, stone, or materials giving the appearance of clapboard or shingles. (pg. 8) The guidelines also provide that automobile parking and storage be minimized by being located behind and to the side of existing buildings. (pg. 9)
