APPROVE Certificate No. 61908TAZ. Proposed addition is consistent with adopted design guidelines, introducing an offset gable, garage doors that do not appear on the front elevation, and consistent wall cladding and roof covering.

One story frame with brick wall cladding. Cross gable roof with concrete tile roof covering. Centered front gable with louvered attic vent, arched inset front entry at unroofed stoop. One over one windows, with picture window and flanking one over one windows to left of front entry. Sun porch with arched window opening at northeast corner of dwelling with external steps. Brick foundation.
