One story full porch with square wood pilasters with Doric capitals and square wood posts with Ionic capitals on brick piers, brick balustrade. Double hung six over six and one over one windows. One interior offset brick chimney. Stuccoed foundation. Rectangular plan.

Commission is asked to RATIFY Certificate No. 062101EDG. This Certificate was previously issued but has expired. The rehabilitation plans have changed in only one respect - that the additional doors on the first and second floor will be converted to their original configuration as windows.
