Side porch has spindle work balustrade and square wood columns with Doric capitals. Projecting bay. Cornice with returns. Cantilevered balcony on west elevation with spool work balustrade. Double hung one over one windows. Leaded, beveled glass sidelights and upper sash of front cottage window. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.
