Level II. Major replacement of materials or architectural elements; construction of addition or outbuilding.

Replacement of eleven existing windows in kind with wood clad, two over two, double-hung windows. Size of windows will not be altered.

Site Info

Queen Anne with Neoclassical influence (c. 1910). One-story frame with asbestos shingle covering. Hip and gable roof with asphalt shingle covering and boxed cornice with returns. One-story front roof with square wood porch columns and sawn wood balustrade. Double-hung, two-over-two windows. Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.

1. The house is a contributing resource in the Oakpark H-1 Overlay and the National Register Historic District.

2. The proposed windows are the same size as the originals and have the same pane division and muntin style.
