Construct vinyl clad temporary storage building (8x10) with shallow sloping gable roof

Site Info

Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables and partial cornice returns in front gable. One over one windows. One story two-thirds front and side wrap around porch with square wood columns and turned wood balustrade. Projecting paired oriel window on front wing supported by brackets and topped by hip roof. Transom and sidelights at primary entry. Interior offset side brick chimney. Brick foundation with brick buttressing at steps.

The adopted design guidelines do not prohibit the construction of small, temporary storage buildings. In addition, the proposed building is screened from view on Forest by existing mature landscaping on the lot.
