APPROVE. While proposed changes are not consistent with restoration, they do improve upon or reflect the current condition of the house, and are consistent with the Secretary of Interior's Standards which are the adopted design review guidelines.

Deck; Doors; Roofing; Windows; Other: exterior stairs

Rebuild existing metal exterior stairs; replace existing unoriginal six panel and half-view paneled doors with like doors; replace existing side and rear deck railings and add front porch railing, all of wood with set in balusters which can be 1"x1" on 2" spacing; refloor porch with tongue and groove pine to duplicate original flooring; reroof; replacing six over one wood double hung windows with six over one wood double hung windows of identical size, with mullions to be of identical appearance to original windows.

Two story frame with artificial siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering. Six over one double hung wood windows, paired at second story above front entry. One story front porch with hipped roof, partially enclosed with remaining two thirds front porch with square wood columns with Doric capitals. Brick foundation. Interior offset corbelled brick chimney exterior side.


Previously approved changes include repair to gutters, existing artificial siding and changes in parking and other features on lot.
