Rebuild or replace doors in kind, with exception of installing six panel metal door on side elevation, to replace non-historic door and not visible from Gratz; repair wood double hung windows as necessary, except for two wood double hung replacement windows on rear; reroof and repair and replacing siding and soffit as necessary; rebuild foundation in kind, tuckpointing as necessary and using Preservation Brief No. 2.


Craftsman (c.1915)

One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Side gable roof with asphalt shingle covering, shed roofed front dormer with imbricated wood shingle covering, asphalt shingles in gables. Three over one double hung windows. One story full front porch with splayed wood posts on brick piers, sawn wood balustrade, exposed rafter tails. Exterior end brick chimney. Brick foundation, stuccoed and excavated in front to accommodate added garage door. Rectangular plan with rear contemporary addition.
