APPROVE the porch enclosure because it does not project beyond the bay window located midway back on the side façade, and is not particularly visible from Oklahoma Avenue, because it is on a rear corner. DENY the installation of vinyl windows.

One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, hipped dormer, and asphalt shingle covering with wood shingles in gable. Double hung one over one windows. One story full front porch with round wood columns and sawn wood balustrade. Thee interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Projecting square bay on north elevation. Irregular plan. Recessed transom and sidelights at front entry.


If wood windows are used on the rear deck enclosure, and the siding matches the existing house and is wood, the addition should be acceptable.
