One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering. One over one double hung windows. One story one-half front porch with round wood columns, Doric capitals. Two interior offset corbelled brick chimneys, partially fallen. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.

Commission is asked to ratify Certificate No. 050801ONK, issued on May 8, 2001.
