1. Providing a Type A landscape screen (copy attached) along the property line of Lots 1 & 5 of Bluff Point Subdivision, Unit 1 where the proposed right-of-way for the entrance road is less than 75' from the property line. Installation of the landscape screen shall be completed within six months of the completion of the entrance road, or a bond shall be posted with the Knox County Department of Engineering & Public Works to guarantee such installation.
