Although some of the design details suggested by Mr. Eid were not adopted, applicant has modified the design to include a different cornice period, to refine the addition's intersection with the historic house, and to include a continuation of the line established by the window sills of the historic house, making the addition blend better with the significant design details visible on the southwest elevation of the historic house, which is visible from Harvey and, to a lesser degree, from Scott.
