Georgian (c.1857) with Craftsman influence.

Two story Georgian load-bearing brick house with modern brick and concrete block additions to the rear. Five bay house with six over six double hung windows flanking a central entry with a three light transom. Interior side brick chimneys. Hipped dormer with three over one windows and wood shingled side walls topping a hipped roof with an asphalt shingle covering. Two story rear addition with hipped roof and one story brick addition on east elevation with flat roof. Two story rear addition is visible on the west. One story front and side wrap around porch crossing the full width of the front façade, with elements of craftsman detailing including the square wood columns that support the roof, exposed rafters and oversize splayed imitation capitals on the front façade. Concrete porch floor.


Proposed demolition of flat roofed addition will aid in securing the house until rehabilitation is financially feasible.
