Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with hipped front dormer, modillions at cornice. One over one double hung windows. One story three-quarters front porch with paired and single wood posts on brick piers, sawn wod balustrade. Brick foundation. Interior offset brick chimney. Retangular plan.

Applicant originally requested a side porch, which was denied because it was not consistent with the design guidelines and would have required modifications to the original front porch. The request has been modified to focus on repair of existing features. Commission is asked to RATIFY Certificate No. 0425034&GA.
