One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering. One story two bay front porch with square wood columns. Double hung two over two windows. Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.


The property at 2322 Jefferson Avenue had vinyl siding applied under an improperly issued building permit (No. BU99-1432). The permit was issued on August 6, 1999. The bulding permit was voided by the Department of Development Inspection Bureau and a stop order was issued. At your September 16, 1999 meeting, you denied the request for a Certificate of Appropriateness. The property has since changed hands and this application is being made by a new owner. The application of vinyl siding is prohibited in the adopted Edgewood-Park City Desiogn Guidelines, page 22, second paragraph, and page 22-recommendation 2.
