One story frame with brick veneer wall covering and frame weatherboard section at rear. Side gable roof with front facing telescoping cross gable, asphalt shingle covering and wood louvered arched gable vent. Double hung two over two windows. Unroofed two-thirds front porch with central gabled portico with arched entry door. One exterior end brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.

Carport is not visible from Scott Avenue, but will be visible by traffic on Harvey Street.
